Day 10: Bernie Victory Rally!!
Manchester, NH Today is the day we will see if our hard work has paid off. We're feeling pretty good. We are volunteering at the hopefully 'Victory' Rally tonight. This is a smaller event and we were told off the bat that more people has RSVP'd than we have room for. In addition, the fire people were being super harsh, so we needed to be careful. We helped set up the chairs for the ADA section again and then I got to help out with at the VIP sign-in table. It was crazy. Luckily, I have years of customer service experience so I know how to deal with upset people pretty well. Many people thought that they were VIP because they had signed the general form online. Nope. The VIP thing was for staffers, certain supporters, and special guests. The list had names on it such as Dr. Cornel West and Cynthia Nixon. Unfortunately, they came in the back entrance and I didn't get to see them. I just spent my time mostly signing in staffers and giving them special armbands.
